1. The service

Prove My Software ("the service") is operated by [legal entity name, to be completed]. It uses an AI model to produce a written review of code that you submit. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in what you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it, and that doing so does not breach someone else's confidentiality. You allow us to process it, including by sending it to our AI provider, only to produce your review.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit material you are not allowed to share, do not try to disrupt or probe the service, and do not use it to produce material that is unlawful.

5. Reviews may be incomplete

A report is one automated reading. It may miss problems and may report things that are not problems. It is not professional advice and does not replace your own checks.

6. Payment

You are shown the price for your own document or code before anything is charged, and you decide whether to pay. Tax is added where required. Payment is authorised when you confirm and taken when the report is delivered.

7. Free runs

Each account has a limited number of free runs on each site, limited in size. We may change or withdraw free runs.

8. Ending the service

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
